Please note, we will issue the full refund on our end, but our payment processor will not be able to reimburse the initial credit card processing fees, which are typically 3% depending on where you're purchasing from. This is the approach from our payment provider, Stripe (more info) and we have no control over this process.
The following exception applies to our refund policy:
- With Growthsi, we offer discounts to our partner platform, Resume Worded. These discounts include a free access to LinkedIn Review Advanced ($39) and discounted access to Resume Worded Pro (25% off). If you use either of these discount codes, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you decide to rejoin Growthsi in the future, you will not be able to rejoin at the initial price you paid during the launch offer. You will have to purchase Growthsi at the new price.
